Pine Tree Blvd, Indianapolis, Indiana

Today's featured listing is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home built in 1989, very clean and updated, and on the Northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Can I just say, if you're installing a garage door and wondering if you should get a plain style or one with windows -- spring for the windows.

A little virtual drive around the neighborhood proves it's an effective way to stand out from the crowd. The black shutters finish the front window nicely, too. This house is batting its eyelashes at potential buyers.

It's all spruced up inside as well, with fresh colors and finishes:

However, like the exterior, it could benefit from a little window-dressing:

In case you're curious, here's what the room looked like even before the before photo:

From browns and yellows to grays and blues to lots of white. Living room archaeology.

Here is the dining room in its first iteration:

Here it is ready to go on the market:

Here is what it could be, stylishly window-dressed like the living room, by Olivia Botrie:

I don't know if I'd go for the carousel art work, but that's only because I watched Hitchcock's Strangers on a Train recently and that wacky carousel scene kind of put me off them for awhile.

However, Olivia's designs would definitely make this house the best-dressed on the block.

The listing is here.
